Our Pathways include 2 or more Subject-Based Courses. May have as
many as 10 classes in Onboarding Pathway.
Federal Compliance
OSHA: For workplace safety courses, align with OSHA guidelines (e.g., General Duty Clause, Hazard Communication Standard).
FMLA and ADA: Adhere to federal laws ensuring knowledge about employee rights.
EEOC: Ensure anti-discrimination and harassment courses align with Equal Employment Opportunity Commission requirements.
Certification Standards
Use frameworks like CASEL for SEL courses to ensure credibility for educational offerings.
Align with national HR certification bodies like SHRM or HRCI for professional training.
State Compliance
New York: Follow sexual harassment training mandates and NYSDOL’s guidelines for onboarding and reporting.
New Jersey: Include anti-bias training per NJ Division on Civil Rights recommendations.
Connecticut: Cover CHRO’s sexual harassment training requirements for companies with 3+ employees.
